Our roses romper dress is a brand new design for 2017 and is made using dead stock cotton fabric. We line the top with organic cotton and this item runs true to size. This design has a built in bloomer making this a perfect twirling dress. For larger sizes above size 4 please indicate in “order notes” section during check out if you want built in bloomer or not. If there is nothing in the notes section it WILL come with a built in bloomer. It is extremely comfortable.
