Description
As a former hat designer, one of my visions was to offer hats for all my designs. This fabric is very luxurious and is a beige linen with raised pink velvet. Velvet is very soft and dress is fully lined and I use professional grade snaps for back of dress. Hat is available in another posting for our hats and thermal lining is also offered at no extra charge.
