I absolutely love this new romper dress pattern because it allows me to use some of my favorites fabrics. The Pink Peter Pan Dress is made with french mens shirt material which therefore makes it very expensive looking and feeling. I then pair it with vintage embroidered collars that have a little bear on each one. This dress comes with built in bloomers for size 6m-5 then as a dress for sizes 6y-10y. Top is fully lined with organic cotton and snaps on back of dress.
