Description
This dress is one of my favorite new designs because it can be worn as a top as your child grows and then a skirt. It is designed to sit higher in the front and has three full layers of ruffles. This beautiful fabric is vintage dead stock material and is a cotton blend. It is pre-washed and pre-shrunk. It does run true to size and has elastic around the chest area.
