I design for long usage and romper has snaps for the smaller sizes in 6 months-4y. Sizes 5y-12y come as a dress. Teal velvet is as luxe as it can get and embroidered eyes are sewn on as well as red lip button. These run true to size to roomy. Lined with organic linen.
