I absolutely love our Charlotte skirt because it can be worn with a top and look dressy or add a jean jacket and head to a county fair. This is made with a thin plaid fabric and we will need measurements from belly button to ground for a perfect fit.
Measurements can be given at a later date or when checking out there is an “order notes” section where measurement can be entered. It will ship within 2-4 weeks and come with matching hair bow. We can make a variety of sizes from 12m-12y.
