Blue Moon Dress

Fabric is a beautiful silk linen blend and the front is a 1980’s vintage trim.
Tassels will only come on dress sizes 3T and above (due to choking hazard in young children) or you can request not to have them at all if you prefer.
If you buy matching bloomers the will come in navy blue.
